1. How much is the fee?
The monthly security fee is now RM120 and another extra RM10 to be collected by AMPS on behalf of the committee for utilities (electricity, water at the guard house) and maintenance of barrier/guard house. Payment on quarterly basis at the beginning of the quarter, to AMPS.
2. Who is AMPS?

3. How do my contractors get in?
Register your contractors and their vehicles with AMPS.
4. How do my guests get in when I have a party at my house?
Inform the guard house in advance for easy and quick access for your guests.
5. How to contact the main guard house?

ReplyDeleteDo you have any idea how will be the setting of the two-way lanes in front of Prima Villa? Do we have to make a U-Turn in Permyjaya to go home if we are coming from Pujut 7?
Jer, a very good point but I do not know the schedule nor design of the road expansion. The committee always need volunteers help to follow-up on the various issues, and if you are willing, I can direct you accordingly for you to follow-up on this particular matter so that you can then feedback to the committee.
